eServer Setup and Site Installation Instructions

Select the HTTP Headers tab. You will need to configure a new MIME type for the Default Web Site.

Click on File Types..., as illustrated below in Figure 3-63.

Ensure that the new document index.htm is at the top of the list. If required, use the arrow buttons

to move index.htm to the top. Click Apply when complete, as illustrated below in Figure 3-62.

There may be both a Index.html and Index.htm les in this list. Ensure to use the le Index.htm.
